In my dream, Becky and I stand a little over knee-deep in the clearest ocean water. The waves that come in are small and almost unnoticed. The water is warm; the air is fresh and has the most wonderful aroma. The sky is a rich blue.

We are surrounded by thousands of people who are in unity, thinking alike and doing the same things. On the surface of the water is something that looks like a clam shell. Each individual picks up one, notices it is soft, and gently squeezes it open. Inside is a small rolled up piece of paper with either a Bible verse or a Spirit of Prophecy statement.

After retrieving the paper, each person gently places the “clam shell” back into the water and it swims away. As each starts reading the words, the letters turn from black to gold. When finished reading, each individual places their paper treasure into their own finely crafted, ornately decorated treasure box. Each person then reaches into the water and begins again with another “clam shell.”

Matthew 6:21 “For where your treasure is, there will your heart be also.”

Testimonies for the Church, Vol. 1, p. 327 Jesus prayed that His disciples might be one, as He is one with the Father, "that the world may believe that Thou hast sent Me." The oneness and unity of God's truth believing remnant people carries powerful conviction to the world that they have the truth, and are the peculiar, chosen people of God. This oneness and unity disconcerts the enemy, and he is determined that it shall not exist. The present truth, believed in the heart and exemplified in the life, makes God's people one, and gives them a powerful influence.
